Employee of the Month

Congratulations, Maria Segovia, she was chosen as Employee of the Month by her manager Dominique Chastain. Maria is the Student Service Coordinator for Merced and Atwater. Maria is always available for the students making sure they have all the tools they need to help them reach their goals.

"Maria is always looking out for our students. She is professional and caring. I know I can count on her to be supportive when there are challenges at either of her sites. She is a tremendous team player with a strong sense of integrity. She always has a positive disposition and a-Si Se Puede attitude." Said Dominique about Maria. 

An important part of growing as an organization is teamwork. We are grateful to have Maria on our team and we appreciate the dedication and passion she demonstrates on a daily basis.

As our students continue to strive to be the best, we want to feature Jose Mata Rosas.  His teacher Ms. Ruby Torres says he is deserving of being one of many of September's students of the month. Jose is an EPIC de Cesar Chavez high school student in Riverside. Jose works more than 40 hours a week and makes sure to attend a class every day, even if it's just for a couple of hours.  His job often asks him to work overtime, but he still makes school a priority. During class, Jose is actively engaged in all class activities and goes above and beyond to help others in the classroom. His desire to learn is infectious to the other students in class.  Jose perfectly models FIELD's core values. Congratulations Jose, keep up the good work.
