January 29, 2021 Congratulations! Carolina Santiago Morales. She is recognized as EPIC de Cesar Chávez High School student of the month. In honor of her incredible commitment to her education, her family and their future. Carolina is a student at our Greenfield Ca. High School and her teacher is Mr. Don Gibbs. Mr. Gibbs shares why he chose Carolina to be one of January’s student of the month “Carolina’s amazing commitment was shown recently when she gave birth to her third child. Amazingly, in the midst of all that Carolina was busy with, she missed only three classes! As her teacher, I couldn’t believe that she returned to class so soon!” Mr. Gibbs says Carolina is a determined student. “Carolina has always shown such dedication to her education. Carolina’s improvement in her English language skills over the last year has been phenomenal! Carolina goes above and beyond what’s done in English class by practicing English on her own. Carolina is a model for all students.” Congratulatio
